Colorado Urbanism [CURB] delivers custom homes, mixed-use, and specialty projects that are not only beautiful, but buildable. Our work strives to harmonize the natural world and the built environment.
We specialize in site-specific design—creating buildings that respond to their land, their context, and the people who use them. Our work seeks to uncover designs that are specific, intentional, and enduring.
We navigate zoning, terrain, and budget constraints to move each project smoothly from concept to construction, working closely with builders to ensure designs are executed with clarity and confidence.
From early feasibility studies through permit-ready plans, we help clients make informed decisions and realize the full potential of their property—no matter the size or scale of the project.

CURB is a Residential and Urban Design Firm.
We work directly with clients on custom residential projects and as design consultants with architects, planners, builders, developers, community groups, non-profits, manufacturers, brokers, and anyone else that shares our optimism towards the built environment and are looking to make a positive contribution to their community.
